Ironically shes not the first big name tease to appear on the cover and not bare it all. Does anyone know the others who have did this?

Its awful funny that some other popular magazine has Scarrlett Johanason basicly butt [censored] nude, but Playboy cant get Jessica Alba nude and shes on the cover.
